We are looking for a creative Head of Design (f/m/d) to join our BOSS Womenswear Black & Camel team as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Overseeing part of the BOSS Womenswear Black and Camel design team, collaborating with the Vice President of Design to ensure that the design concept is followed into a cohesive, inspired and market relevant range.
• Leading the design team, collection coordinators and overlooking outerwear, leather where alignment of these product groups is key.
• Ensuring there is co-operation and alignment with all interfaces (e.g. Product Management, Operations, external suppliers).
• Strategic implementation to shape product range and create new opportunities within the seasonal collection trends / themes taking into account color charts, materials, prints and key silhouettes.
• Benchmark analysis of competitors and strategic implementation into collections; Intensive and continuing research of trends and innovation and consumer behaviour.
  

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' professional experience in Creative Management with design and leadership experience in the fashion industry.
• Knowledge of business administration and strong managerial skills for guiding and aligning the design team.
• Hands-on mentality for developing sketches, tech packs, fabric direction, leading fitting sessions, and meeting collection deadlines.
• Creative vision, enthusiasm for innovation, and understanding of commerciality.
• Strong expertise in cross-category design, product/fabric/treatment/workmanship, and interest in new technologies like 3D.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and stimulate innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills as well as willingness to travel; German is a plus.
