Job description & accountabilities
The Social Media Junior Manager will assist in managing the brand’s digital marketing strategies, ensuring that the social media platforms effectively represent the fashion brand's identity and engage with its target audience. This role involves creating, curating, and scheduling content, monitoring social media activity, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
The Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with excellent interpersonal skills who can support the founders and the top management in the deployement of the business strategy
• A candidate with a deep interest and sensitively for contemporary art and design and for poetic image making and the development of creative communication events.
• Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Previous experience (internship or entry-level role) in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for fashion visuals and aesthetics.
• Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends and social media innovations
