Description of Duties 

Title : E-Commerce Coordinator 

Classification: Non-Exempt  

Hourly Range*: $28.84/hr - $31.25/hr 

Schedule*: Hybrid, Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM (in office minimum 3 days/week) 

Location: Van Nuys, CA (HQ) 

 

DÔEN is looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid position. The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting site operations, including digital merchandising and marketing functions. They will work closely with production, technical design, and marketing teams. The responsibilities below show a glimpse into the role's key functions and the impactful contributions this position makes.   

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Executing e-commerce strategies that maximize product sales, revenue and optimize the user experience.

Working with cross-functional teams on daily eCommerce operation scope, progress, and technical solutions.

Ensuring the website displays the correct user interfaces, information, product images, and videos. Coming up with solutions for any concern.

Maintain accurate launch documentation (attributes / tagging template / etc)

Ensure back-end product data is up to date and correct (weight, price, grades, swatches, etc)

Perform weekly and Pre-launch site audits, front and back end

Optimize on-site search functionality 

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Ability to communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds and skill sets, cultural experience.

A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative

Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and exercise discretion and good judgment.

Ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Action oriented and results driven.

 

Minimum Requirements

1-2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry. 

Shopify experience is a plus.

 

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation.

Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer.

Able to life/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs.

Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time.

Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones.

Must be able to access various areas of a given location.
