Job Overview:
The Senior Art Director (Omni-Channel) is a key driver for managing and delivering effective, on-brand, and on-strategy Creative for bloomingdales.com and omni-channel seasonal creative focusing on, Fine Jewelry, Beauty, Designer Accessories and Gifting. This position is ideal for a print and digital expert, as this role will be managing multiple projects while closely collaborating with cross-functional partners for both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate must be highly creative and resourceful, have expert design and typography skills, with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions:
Omni channel Photo Art direction and Design for Fine Jewelry, Beauty, Designer Accessories and Gifting categories Manage project workflow: Concept thoughtful on brief ideas, develop compelling and on brand layout and design, oversee and participate in the production and deliver creative on time for all assigned projects Confident and comfortable presenting thought process and project approach to necessary stakeholders Develop and maintain brand style guide using templates and best practices Partner and collaborate with internal and external teams to understand business objectives and create compelling solution- based creative that drives the brand strategy Ability to understand and balance creative ideas with business needs Research trends and innovation in the competitive landscape and c ontinue to drive and enhance the visual look, tone and feel of all of the work

5+ years direct experience
- Experience creating concepts/art direction/design for Fine Jewelry, Beauty, Fashion Accessories and Gifting creative
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
- Collaborative work ethic
- Experienced multi-tasker with the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically
- Expert design skills
- Video and Packaging experience is a plus
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite program skills with expertise in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD. Knowledge of Premiere, AfterEffects, UX and UI nice to have
- Extensive working knowledge of current trends and language of high-end fashion world
Physical Requirements:
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing
- Occasionally requires walking, bending, reaching, hearing and talking
- Continuous use of computers and other office equipment
- Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
