Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including but not limited to manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and employee engagement.
* Act as a Business Partner for the respective functions to provide value-added advice on a full range of HR matters to facilitate effective people management
* Equip business leaders with appropriate knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people.
* Partner with business leaders to identity talents needs and implement effective succession planning.
* Manage employee relations issues, ensuring effective resolution and compliance with company policies and legal requirement.
* Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a diversity, equity and inclusive workplace culture.
* Participate in supporting new HR initiatives and projects.
* Provide support for ad-hoc projects as required.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
* 8+ years of relevant Human Resources experience with a focus on business partnering;
* Result-oriented, passionate and maintain positive relationships with employees and key business partners
* Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
* Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
