Head of Footwear Development & Engineering

As the Head of Footwear Development and Engineering of the sourcing office based in Vietnam, you are making an impact from day one to manage footwear product development and engineering with our manufacturing partners for the next level of On's products.

Your Mission

- Lead footwear engineering functions such as tooling, laboratory, compound and digital creation
- Develop guidelines for pattern and last engineering
- Lead process standardisation in development and commercialisation
- Lead the application and improvement for the PLM system
- Work with Innovation and Emerging Concepts teams to support the implementation of new technologies into inline production
- Live and share our commitment to sustainability, product integrity and quality and drive initiatives that set On apart from all other brands

Your Story

- 10 years' experience in footwear engineering with highly attentive to details, function and quality
- Experience in team management and stakeholder management in working with cross-functional teams
- Highly attentive to detail, function and quality
- Fluent in English

You belong to the Footwear Sourcing team, with close collaborations with different functions, including Footwear Creation, Product Operations, Materials, Sustainability and Costing teams.
