About the role:
In this role, you will work with world-renowned brands in fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors. You will play a key part in shaping the future of these brands through innovative projects and strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about market insights, brand identity, business analysis, expansion strategies and collaborations within the luxury industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and excellence in execution, from conception through to completion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Strategic Input: Provide creative, forward-thinking contributions to strategy discussions, assisting with the development of brand positioning, market entry, and expansion plans.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform client strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while meeting client expectations and profitability goals.
- Reporting & Performance Metrics: Create regular reports on project performance, key milestones, and success metrics for internal and client use, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.
- Brand Development: Collaborate closely with partners to ensure that their vision aligns with evolving market trends and consumer demands, exploring new business opportunities.
- Problem Solving & Advisory: Proactively identify challenges within projects or accounts and provide tailored solutions to ensure smooth and effective execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as management, creative, and sales to ensure that all partners deliverables are aligned with the brand’s vision and strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a project management or account management role, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
- Strong passion for beauty, self-care, and luxury, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate challenges and develop creative solutions.
- Values authenticity, open-mindedness, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
