The China Product Manager/Sr. Manager delivers the end to end customer experience and capabilities on OMNI-Commerce domain for all Tapestry brands, including Coach/KS/SW EC mini-program, Wechat commerce and omni channel digital solutions , in support of the development and realization of the company's holistic digital strategy and objectives.

S/he will be responsible for working with stakeholders and partners to deliver the right products to support the company's commercial and experiential objectives within China's distinct digital ecosystem. S/he will have deep expertise in developing insights and data led hypotheses, develop and iterate solutions through best practices, design thinking and lean experimentation.

The key objective is to leverage digital technology to build new capabilities to support retail growth, and create reusable components to be leveraged across brands.

Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Familiar with Wechat eco system with end to end experiences, including OA, Mini-program, Membership etc.
  • Strong and solid capability/skillsets and experience of EC mini-program product design and business requirement analysis with strong business mindset and sense.
  • Strong and solid capability of UX and UI
  • Support achievement of commercial targets and results - working closely with brand partners to define product roadmap and prioritize detailed requirements
  • Work with IT team, relevant stakeholders and partners to drive implementation of the product to ensure deliverables with best in class quality, and to ensure that products and capabilities meet architectural and performance standards
  • Work with IT and other partners to support build vs. buy decisions
  • Create reusable product components to support all brands adaptation and maximize implementation efficiency
  • Leverage global capabilities and standards wherever possible
  • Achieve demonstrable internal rate of return (IRR) on product and experiential investments
  • Implement design thinking and podular/scrum approaches to work
  • Support agile methodologies and process
  • Data driven/results oriented - support development of test and learn culture


The accomplished individual will possess...
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of digital experience preferable in a retail environment
  • Possess strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills-a compelling, impactful storyteller
  • Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts.
  • Experience working in scrum/agile management methodologies a plus
  • Experience with store digital solution, Wechat works, omni channel
  • Resourceful, ability to understand that constraints breed creativity, and you thrive in an environment that includes limited resources.
  • Collaborative and a passion for digital products - not just the way they work but how they feel to the end user
  • Have a point of view and be an active listener
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies
