Job title: Digital Commerce Performance Marketing Assistant Manager
Report to: Digital Commerce Senior Manager
Location: Tokyo

Primary Purpose:

Our digital commerce marketing initiatives include search marketing (including SEO), direct marketing (email and brand app), affiliate marketing, and retargeting program. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire marketing journey from the initial touchpoint to conversion and retention within the full funnel marketing framework. The position will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Commerce and support various analytics initiatives by utilizing both internal and external analytics tools on top of daily performance marketing management. This position is also responsible for liaising with the Tapestry Digital COE team to learn and optimize marketing solutions, and also requires a strong partnership with Kate Spade brand marketing, Customer Experience team to reach the brand initiatives together.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support digital commerce store leaders (Brand.com, 3rd party platforms) in achieving revenue targets by setting traffic goals together.
- Assist the Senior Manager in developing comprehensive digital commerce marketing strategies and performance marketing budget.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team and proactively engage media agencies to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that significantly impact digital store traffic and sales.
- Establish standards for digital commerce and marketing channel reports, including metrics, data sources, and analytics formats.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting for stakeholders (eCommerce, Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams), driving the PDCA cycle collaboratively.
- Provide recommendations and create test plans for various marketing tactics to optimize budget efficiency while achieving revenue and acquisition goals.
- Develop and execute prospecting/list growth campaigns using online marketing channels to build the customer database, in close collaboration with the CRM team.
- Stay updated on marketing best practices and monitor competitors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3+years relevant experience in a direct to consumer business

- Business level writing/reading English skills and native in Japanese
- Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics are must
- Multi-brand client management a plus
- Highly Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Experience or an understanding on various digital marketing tools is a plus
