E-commerce Manager (full time)
Christian Wijnants is womenswear brand known for its luxurious knitwear and innovative textural prints. With a strong presence in the wholesale market and a growing B2C business through its flagship stores and e-commerce platform, we are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
We are looking for a talented E-commerce Manager to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing day-to-day operations for all e-commerce channels. You will play a critical role in defining strategies and implementing solutions that enhance online sales and brand visibility, while deeply understanding the shopping behavior of our high-end fashion clientele.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Coordinate and manage the website; launch of new product, management of product data, writing of extended product descriptions and the handling of visual content.
- Establish the website's requirements and roadmap while taking the brand's aspirations and constraints into account.
- Customer service in liaison with the Antwerp store team to ensure top notch customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Together with the store managers from Antwerp and Berlin select and buy the upcoming season in our Antwerp showroom.
- Online merchandising
- Inventory management; Update stock and inventory across all platforms
- Monitor performance; Analyze website performance, identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with the Tech team to enhance user experience and interface functionality, specifically tailored to the needs of high-end fashion consumers.
- Participate in seasonal e-com shoots and organize product pack-shots
- Reporting on sales performance on a weekly basis
- Provide insights and initiatives based on retail sales performance to the creative team.
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years experience in E-commerce within the luxury fashion sector, with a strong knowledge of high-end brands and an understanding of their market positioning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Excel, Shopify and Photoshop
- Being able to think strategically but have a pragmatic and hands-on personality
- Good analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
