Job Details

Acne Studios is a progressive luxury house and through collaboration and curiosity, we set high aspirations and strive for excellence. We value everyone's contribution and embrace feedback to develop ourselves and others. We aim to minimise our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.

We are excited to announce we are now accepting applications for our apprenticeship program. This is an opportunity for students and recent graduates to apply their educational knowledge into a professional working environment and establish themselves in the fashion industry. This program combines on-the-job trainings with related practical and theoretical learning sessions within our product & design department.

The program is based at our head office in Stockholm and is a full-time program, running over a period of six months from February 4, 2025 until July 25, 2025.

Who you are

We are looking for students or recent graduates with a fashion, textile and/or business-related higher education. You have high aspirations and understand the importance of excellence. You have a curious mindset and strong willingness to learn, and you don't hesitate to ask for help to find the right solution. You want to convert your theoretical knowledge into practical skills in a dynamic and innovative fashion industry setting, where creativity thrives, and the pace is fast.

You are available the full period and it is required that you hold an EU/EEA passport or a valid Swedish work permit during the entire period. Acne Studios is a global company with English as working language. Fluency in both written and spoken English is therefore a must.

The role

In this role you will be a part of the day-to-day work in your designated team and participate in structured training modules. We will assign you a mentor to support you in your learning experience throughout the program. You will also be part of the larger apprentice group in our product & design department.

How to proceed

Throughout this program you will join a team within the product & design department that focuses on a certain area in the product lifecycle.

In your application we ask you to select from listed teams below, according to your education and/or experience and where you have interest to deepen your skills. If you apply to join Pattern & Atelier or one of the Design teams, please include your portfolio.

Sample making and alterations for fittings and show are also a part of this team's responsibility.

Quality: A team that works across all product categories to ensure high-quality products for customers, from development through to production.
