The role
TOTEME is looking for a Client Services Advisor to join our team in New York, working part-time (around 20 hours/week). In this role you will act as a first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional, personalized customer service across all our channels and building strong relationships with our customers to enhance their loyalty and contribute to the company’s overall success. You will report to the Ecommerce Operations & Customer Experience Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and timely service to our customers through various channels, including email, live chat, phone, and social media.
- Collaborate with our logistics team, 3PL, and carrier services to resolve customer-related issues efficiently.
- Share customer insights and escalate any priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your profile
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Familiar with fast-paced environments and resolving high ticket volumes efficiently.
- Digitally savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Knowledge of platforms like Zendesk and/or other e-commerce systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

This is a part-time position based at our New York office, with the opportunity for an immediate start. Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends, may be required.
The hourly salary for this role ranges between $25-30/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.
