ROLE OVERVIEW:
OMNES is currently seeking Seasonals Sales Assistants to join our team at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store’s daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the team to ensure the store is running smoothly and that customers have a positive shopping experience aligned with OMNES’s values of sustainability and inclusivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information, styling advice, and ensuring a welcoming in-store experience.
• Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers and promoting our products in line with brand values.
• Store Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that it is always visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including the sustainable practices behind them, to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to meet store goals and ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• A passion for fashion and sustainability is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
