Retail Manager - London pop-up store

• We are looking for an experienced & driven Retail Manager to run a 2-3 week pop-up in London this December. 
• This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy retail space, engage and drive a retail team and perform through sales.
• You will need to be available 25th Nov – 22nd Dec.

Requirements

• As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire pop-up store operations.
• You will support Head Office, hire retail staff and manage all retail staff to drive sales and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
• You will take ownership of the store's performance, including merchandising, stock control & back of house management, and overall customer experience.

Duties

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and overall sales targets.
• Ensure the store delivers a premium customer experience and resolve any issues that arise.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management and POS systems.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimise the store layout for peak trading periods.
• Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance reviews.
