ABOUT THE ROLE
Content covers every touch point from stories to brand creative to social media to events, promotions, marketing, press, brand partnerships and brand collateral/archive.
The role would execute across this Content matrix with a direct reporting line to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS
- Create and own the content calendar, linking it to product deliveries, activations and key moments in the market, with a core objective of driving engagement.
- Liaise with Editorial Director to create themes and content.
- Identify and manage outreach to talent, press, marketing, events, brands and commercial partners to drive cross pollination of Luminaire brand and content.
- Develop and research content and marketing ideas with the team including lead gathering, liaising with talent, press, influencers, marketing, events, brands and commercial partners and scheduling and conducting interviews and meetings.
- Liaise with Luminaires PR agency and create in house PR opportunities where appropriate.
- Manage the outreach and distribution of relevant content back to featured brands and digital media for “quick win” mentions/links.
- Work with the personal shopping team to ensure we are showcasing the right product/people at the right time in tune with meta trends.
- Meeting relevant brands and personalities in the luxury market to create opportunities for collaboration
- Contribute to the overall business strategy, including participation in strategic planning discussions for content to develop and support events and marketing.
- Networking with industry tastemakers and brands to identify and create Luminaire commercial and client opportunities globally.
- Represents Luminaire at key events.
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Produce content and creative development across social media under the direction of the COO.
- Write photo captions and source imagery for social media content.
- Collaborate with the broader Luminaire team to curate delivery of assets across multiple distribution channels – public website, web-based events and social media (including Instagram, Tik-Tok, LinkedIn).
B2B
- Develop pitches to drive brand partnership opportunities, with a focus on independent accessible luxury and niche brands especially in the everyday wear category.
- Assist and partake in all Luminaire and Luminaire partnership event activity from creation through to realisation and delivery of the event.
DIGITAL MEDIA STRATEGY
- Work with the COO to target content formats that will ultimately drive revenue including research into market trends in the ‘native content’ business.
- Drive innovation in digital media by exploring and implementing AI programmes.
- Lead and distribute digital marketing analytics and reporting insights which both share results and best inform future decision making.
ABOUT YOU
Agile, creative and commercially astute. Client centric and proactive with the ability to develop long lasting relationships within the luxury market.
Strong writing and picture/product editing skills.
Marketing and /or editorial experience.
Ability to build stories in Luminaires content system.
Deep knowledge of luxury businesses and brands across fashion, beauty, escape and design.
Essential Digital Skills: CMS, Figma, Kalviyo.
2-3 Years relevant experience.
Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred.
