Global CRM Executive | London | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Role purpose

Reporting to the Senior CRM Executive, the CRM executive will be responsible in supporting the wider Global CRM Team in all aspects of co-ordinating the delivery of our Global CRM campaigns.

In this role, you will support CRM but work with our Marketing, Creative and Digital teams, supporting the conversation with our customers and enrich customer journeys through the online and offline touchpoints.

Role responsibilities include, but not limited to –

  • Overview, track, and coordinate the campaign process

  • Create detailed and thorough creative briefs with a strategic POV

  • Review copy, assets, and campaign journey

  • Brief external SFMC agency for email campaign builds and functionality.

  • Be in contact with different teams to ensure assets and copy are delivered in a timely manner and are in line with the brief

  • Co-ordinate with regional teams on campaign project updates, regional needs, and CRM project requirements

  • Co-ordinate, execute and track the progress of different projects by providing and sharing necessary information to the relevant teams and stakeholders

  • Collate data and provide reporting and learning for Global CRM campaigns and actions

  • Work with the CRM team to develop and implement new CRM automations.

 

This is a full time position operating with a hybrid working pattern on a 12 month fixed term contract.

 

What we are looking for

  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another ESP platform

  • Analytical comfortable to understand data analysis reports and very comfortable with excel, word and PowerPoint

  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment

  • Strong knowledge on email marketing campaigns

  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively

  • Brilliant organization skills who can multitask and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines

  • Ability to work under pressure and who can be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
