The Brand Marketing Director owns and directs the development and execution of marketing and public relations initiatives for our organization. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage external agency relationships to ensure that all brand marketing and PR initiatives align with our strategic goals.

- Oversee campaign projects from concept to completion, providing strategic direction while supporting the team in delivering high-quality, timely results.
- Manage external PR agency relationships, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure effective planning and execution of PR initiatives, including media relations, press releases, interviews, and events.
- Cultivate media and influencer relationships, maintaining strong connections with key media outlets, bloggers, and industry partners to secure press coverage and forge valuable partnerships.
- Develop and manage the marketing and PR budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and deliver measurable ROI across all brand marketing activities.
- Lead regular reporting updates, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, highlighting key insights and providing recommendations for continuous improvement across the organization.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of campaigns and initiatives, capturing key learnings and sharing insights with stakeholders to drive future optimizations in brand marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities, identifying opportunities for brand differentiation and growth, and ensuring the team remains informed of emerging marketing and PR tools, technologies, and innovations.
- Champion innovation by recommending and implementing new initiatives to keep the brand ahead of industry trends and competition.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, with a focus on campaign management, PR, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agency relationships.
- Strong budget management and ROI-drive mindset, with the ability to optimize resources efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and key partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- A creative and strategic thinker who can balance high-level vision with hands-on execution.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
