Role Description

1. Operational Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
•  Oversee the company's daily operations and ensure efficient and effective processes are in place.

2. Leadership and Management:

•  Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other senior executives to establish and carry out responsibilities.

3.Performance Management:

• Monitor company Wholesale performance against established goals, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
•  Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met across all operational areas.

4. Resource Allocation:

•  Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and capital, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement best practices to streamline operations, improve quality, and reduce costs.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and operational enhancements.

6. Risk Management: 

• Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

•  Communicate operational strategies and performance to the board of directors, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.

Must Ability

1. 10+ years of global leadership experience in high fashion industries.

2. Native to a complex reporting organization, and you are both strategic and pragmatic, at designing and evolving a growing organization with high complexity.

3. You are a sharp business leader, with strong business acumen and natural instinct on how to drive operational excellence in wholesale＆Consulting.

4. You have thorough understanding of fashion developing processes

5. You bring experience leading digital transformation, data governance and analytics

6. This position is based in China,Shanghai,And our working language is English.

7. Knowleage about China Fashion Market.

8. Adminstrative Experience of managing China Team.

9. Flexibility to move to China
