The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the VP of Sales and Operations on all aspects of the Wholesale Business. This candidate will have the responsibility to define immediate and long-term business plans, manage day-to-day business operations and client relationships.

Responsibilities
- As Wholesale Sales Assistant, you will work proactively with Department Stores and Specialty wholesale accounts to identify opportunities, maximize relationships through customer service satisfaction and ongoing dialogue
- Responsible for servicing an assigned group of wholesale accounts
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the internal team and external customers and gain their trust and respect
- Responsible for servicing wholesale accounts as needed and directed by the internal Sales team
- Manage the overall execution of sales orders including data entry, returns and credit management, account communication, and developing in-season offers under the direction of the VP of Sales
- Manage the overall execution of sales order for private label accounts, under the direction of Production department and Sales Manager
- Responsible for communicating order and account status to clients including shipments, backorders, new collection offers, sales promotions, and in-season offers
- Responsible for department store and wholesale account daily inventory management and information distribution
- Manage inventory transfer request to internal partners, inclusive of the warehouse, in order to achieve as close to 100% fulfillment of wholesale orders as possible
- Assist with sending and tracking samples to and from accounts for marketing, ad shoots, events
- Manage line sheet mailings: update database contact information, verify and correct information as needed, and prepare mailing each season as directed
- Manage the set-up of the company showroom, seasonal sample lines, and various in-house sales tasks
- Create linesheets in JOOR, product uploads in RLM
