The Role:
As the Head of Sales for UGG Distributors, you will be responsible for the long-term management and strategic revenue growth of the brand within our distributors network. You will develop and maintain a strong collaborative approach with local cross-functional resources in the region to ensure brand plans and profitable growth are achieved.
Your Impact:
- Building strong relationships with our distributor partners across all functions.
- Define and execute against all commercial strategic pillars ensuring alignment across our wholesale and distributor channels.
- Utilize clear assortment planning and investment differentiation strategies to connect with target consumers in key defined cities.
- Achieve, deliver, and exceed the sales and growth targets in the territory.
- Maximize, maintain, and defend the profitability across all territories.
- Planning and delivering seasonal sell-in and replenishment.
- Drive business development and acquisition within the region throughout all retail channels and segments.
- Work towards the set brand strategy and deliver on the strategic pillars in the territory.
- Provide supporting measures to accelerate sell-out performance of UGG at POS of retail partners.
- Attend regular sales meetings, preparing sales reports, sell-through information, and other necessary information on the territory.
- Accountable for all forward order and in-season business, in line with season targets and delivered via close appreciation of sell-through and inventory holding.
Who You Are:
- Strong sales drive and commercial orientation.
- Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position.
- Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
We would like to Hear from:
- Previous experience working in a branded wholesale/distributor/omni role.
- Passion for the brand, company, and the Role.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel both in the region and internationally as required.
