Reporting to Bespoke and MTM Pattern Cutter, in this role, you’ll assist in receiving and reviewing orders, working on pattern alterations, and ensuring all patterns meet our high standards. You'll collaborate with our sales and production teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to maintaining the quality of our custom pieces.

We’re looking for someone who is proficient in using Gerber and has some experience with 3D software like CLO or Browzwear. You should be comfortable working both manually and digitally, and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Pattern creation for DTC Custom and MTM orders, liaising closely with development and design to maintain Safiyaa standards.
• Receive and review orders at the time they are allocated by the production planning manager. Raise any potential problems as soon as they arise so that the Sales team can communicate these to the customer and changes can be made
• Assist with the alterations and fitting process when needed - regarding pattern work.
• Follow the deadlines given by the DTC production coordinator for finalised pattern 
• Create private client custom and MTM patterns following clients’ specifications on all parameters, size, style and embroidery
• Work closely with sales team, DTC production coordinators to fulfil orders on time and in full
• Advise cutters and machinists on custom styles when questions arise
• Ensure the quality of any custom pattern work is in line with the aesthetic determined by the development and design team
• Liaise with Design and the development team, if custom changes are outside of Safiyaa standards to get their approval to continue
• Work towards utilising 3D tools to check quality of work for private client orders
• Share 3D digital prototype with the sales team where applicable to ensure requirements were understood correctly.
• Ensure markers are created and plotted if required for production to fulfil the order
• Ensure time tracking is done diligently for all DTC orders.
• Work in an organised way, updating files (Patterns, 3D digital assets, renders, avatars and measurements) in the master directory and in the PLM system(when implemented)
• Ensure files are named and stored correctly, whether CLO or Browzwear, PT, etc.
• Actively use manuals available to guarantee quality of work
• Keep up to date on the newest fit solutions
• Attend training/courses when needed

Requirements: 

• Be proficient in using Gerber
• Experience using 3D softwares like CLO or Browzwear is advantageous
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and analytical ability
• Comfortable working both manually and digitally when required
• Outstanding ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
