ROLE OVERVIEW:

OMNES is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our supply chain and logistics operations. This junior-level role will be critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of products from suppliers to customers, with a focus on operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management and will be based on-site in our London office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Fulfilment: Coordinate and manage the flow of inventory from suppliers to warehouses and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Logistics Support: Assist in managing shipping and delivery schedules, ensuring logistics partners meet performance expectations. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and enhance logistics efficiency. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics performance, providing reports to the operations team.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Passion for sustainability and ethical business practices is a plus.
