This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are a subject matter expert in financial reporting. You are passionate about being responsible for preparing financial reports, local reporting compliance, and financial consolidations. In any given day, you will work closely with the finance and tax teams, as well as external auditors and local controlling teams, to ensure accurate and timely reporting. You are detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and have strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

A Day in the Life:

The Manager of Reporting and Corporate Accounting will be a member of the Corporate Accounting team, focusing on reporting, technical accounting, consolidations and statutory reporting. This position will also work closely with the other finance teams, including tax, in the draft of our quarterly and annual financial statements and related footnote disclosures.

  • Financial Statements: Manage the preparation of financial statements, cash flows, footnotes and other supporting documents for quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Reporting: Oversee quarterly and annual reporting, coordinating with auditors, executives, finance, and legal.
  • Statutory Reporting: Manage the preparation and oversee the statutory reporting and audit process for our European entities.
  • Consolidation: Assist with the preparation of the global consolidation.
  • Accounting Processes: Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of accounting and reporting processes, financial closes, and related reporting.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare materials and presentations for reporting, including analyst presentations.
  • US GAAP Compliance: Ensure proper application of US GAAP to transactions and maintain consistent compliance with accounting policies.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide ad hoc reporting or technical assistance on transactions as needed.


To Land This Role:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical accounting, reporting, or financial analysis, preferably in public accounting and/or a publicly traded company.
  • CPA designation.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX requirements.
  • Good understanding of local GAAPs and IFRS
  • Ability to research and interpret complex accounting issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively across functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • SAP/BPC experience a plus.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 110,000.00 USD - 140,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
